Our fine dark chocolate

 

is carefully handcrafted from the cacao beans using very little processing and natural ingredients.  Everything we make is nut, soy, dairy and gluten-free, vegan and mostly organic.

 

We are proud to say that we pay more than a fair wage and work closely with sources that share the same approach to whole foods.
