After the fire...
With the help and support of our family and friends we were finally able to recover from a devastating fire at our factory in back in December. I truly appreciate everyone's efforts to help keep this going and for believing in it. I would like to especially thank my husband and sisters who gave me the strength to endure the many times I wanted to give in.

During time passed, we made the necessary changes to streamline production and keep things afloat. For instance, we have decided to keep our cafe closed. Now our facility is exclusively being used for production and our chocolate can only be found through local retailers like A Better World Market in Somerset, NJ, or Ramsey Farmers Market and also online. We also look forward to offering a members' only monthly subscribtion that will feature our most creative and special limited edition bars which will not be available for retail.
